Trauma Coaching Training Center is a training company, founded and established in 2002, by CEO, Twaski Simmons (twaski@tcntc.com / 512.743.9898).

Trauma Coaching Training Center concentrates on youth and parent development. The company holds certifications in Trauma Informed Care (TIC) 101, DISC 360, Emotional Intelligence 2.0, assessments and training. We also offer 10 accredited Continuing Professional Development (CDP) courses that support and enhance employee development.

The overall mission of Trauma Coaching Training Center is to:

  • Provide vernacular training as a resource to at-risk families, with the goal of their achieving self-sufficiency.
  • Provide accredited professional development training to businesses, with the goal of enhancing employee development.
