TCNTC Two-Tiered Support Model for Youth Families and Businesses

– TCNTC Two-Tiered Support Model Fits Existing MTSS Framework

Schools nationwide rely on the Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) model to deliver mental health services efficiently. TCNTC’s services map directly to your existing Tier 1 (Prevention) and Tier 2 (Early-Intervention) infrastructure supporting counselors and therapists—we’re not an alternative approach, we’re an aligned solution offering our School Professional Development Program (SPDP), Family Trauma Coaching and Training Program (FTCTP), and Business Leadership Employee Development (BLED) training.
MTSS Tiers 1 and 2 = TCNTC Tier Programs 1 and 2

What We Deliver in our Tiers 1 (Prevention) and 2 (Early Intervention)

MTSS Tier 1: Universal Prevention       =

TCNTC Tier 1: TRAINING

Mental health literacy/training for ALL students and staff (parents, too)—stress management, conflict resolution, trauma awareness, and coping strategies (50+ accredited training courses) that build baseline resilience school-wide, work and family life. (SPDP & FTCTP)

MTSS Tier 2: Early Intervention   =

TCNTC Tier 2: COACHING

Targeted coaching support ensuring students and staff maintain the knowledge, skills, and abilities learned from training class through coaching sessions to ensure individuals apply the strategies and tools before crisis escalation. (SPDP & FTCTP)

Tier 3: Intensive Support

Therapy/Clinical Services

Reserved for students who need intensive clinical intervention

The Result: By implementing and strengthening Tiers 1 (prevention) and 2 (early-intervention) for students, families and staff, TCNTC reduces the demand on your overstretched Tier 3 clinical resources, allowing counselors and psychologists to focus on the students who truly need intensive care.

Measurable ROI: Outcomes That Matter!

MTSS research confirms that investing in Tier 1 prevention reduces the need for higher-tier services over time. TCNTC delivers trackable outcomes tied directly to school priorities through training and coaching:
